Friendly and Familiar

We will meet with you and your pet in their familiar environment and discuss all their requirements, including feeding routines, exercise and enrichment, their likes and dislikes and any special requirements, such as medication or grooming needs. It is important to us that we find out as much as we can about your pet so we can be sure of providing a calm, consistent and comforting pet sitting experience. You can trust us to be approachable, reliable and kind.

Dedicated Care

The same member of our team will stay overnight in your home, and we promise that they will never leave for more than 4 hours during the day. They will communicate with you to let you know how your pet is doing and will hold your vet details in case of emergencies. Should your pet require a vet whilst in our care, the key worker will take them and stay with them until you are able to get there.

Thoughtful Extras

We can also take care of those little extras: watering plants, taking in post, putting out bins and generally keeping your property secure.

Peace of Mind

Our carers all hold qualifications in Pet First Aid, are DBS checked and are fully insured. Our vehicles are all unbranded, so nobody will know why we are there or that you are away from home.

£96 per night

What does overnight pet sitting involve?

The same member of our team stays in your home overnight, looking after your pet (or pets) in their own familiar surroundings rather than a kennel or cattery. We promise they'll never leave your property for more than 4 hours at a time during the day.

Will it be the same person every time?

Yes - your pet is assigned a dedicated key worker, plus a deputy for continuity, so you're never left wondering who's in your home or how well they know your pet.

Can you look after more than one pet?

Yes -

overnight stays cover all pets in the household under one fee, whether that's dogs, cats, small animals or a mix.

How will I know my pet is okay while I'm away?

Your key worker will keep in regular contact and let you know how things are going. We also hold your vet's details from the outset, so if anything came up, we'd be ready to act straight away.

What happens if my pet needs a vet while you're looking after them?

Your key worker will take them to the vet and stay with them until you're able to get there yourself. Nothing waits, and your pet is never left alone in an emergency.

Will you stick to my pet's normal routine?

Yes - we meet with you and your pet beforehand to talk through feeding, exercise, enrichment, likes and dislikes, and any medication or grooming needs. The more we know, the more closely we can keep things exactly as your pet's used to.

Do you take care of the house too?

We can — watering plants, bringing in post, putting bins out and generally keeping things looking lived-in while you're away.

Will anyone know I'm not home?

No - our vehicles are unbranded, so there's nothing to suggest a pet sitter is staying at your property or that you're away.

Are your overnight carers qualified?

Every member of our team is Pet First Aid certified, DBS checked and fully insured.

Where do you offer overnight pet sitting?

We cover Tamworth, Swadlincote, Burton-on-Trent, Lichfield, Ashby-de-la-Zouch and Sutton Coldfield, plus all the villages in between. Not sure if we reach you? Just ask — if you're on the edge of our patch we'll always do our best to find a way.

Do you charge for key collection?

Your first key collection is free. We can hold onto your key, return it to a safe place you specify, or add it to your keysafe (if you have one) for easy access. If we need to collect a key again in the future, there's a small £6 charge.
