The ARK Standard
Everything we do in Swadlincote is guided by three simple values - Approachable, Reliable and Kind. It's the standard Sue built the business on in 2012, and the standard every member of our local team upholds today.
Because no two animals are the same, no two care packages are either. Every visit, walk and stay is built around your pet's own routine - familiar faces, familiar rhythms, expert care with a personal touch.
Our Swadlincote team has been trusted by local pet owners for 13 years. Every carer is DBS checked, Pet First Aid certified and fully insured - and every pet is assigned a dedicated key worker and deputy, so there's always a familiar face available, whatever comes up.
