Trusted & Recommended Services, Tailored To Suit You & Your Pet
Sue’s Pet Care provides expert and personalised services to support you and your furry friends from our highly-qualified team.

There are many benefits to using a pet sitter, in terms of health, happiness and safety/security for both pets and their owners.
Pets seem much happier when being professionally cared for at home in familiar surroundings. Their owners are happier too, knowing that their animal is safe and happy and they’re not having to rely on friends or neighbours.
Visits to strange surroundings, such as kennels and catteries, can cause some animals to become distressed and nervous. Owners can also become stressed knowing that their pet is unhappy or picking up illnesses and bad habits.
Pets get lots of love and attention from Sue and her team during their visits, which will put you at ease. The whole team is happy to help with any extra services you may need, such as administering pet medicine or providing security for your property. Owner’s can feel at ease knowing that the team are, effectively, house sitting whilst pet sitting! They can move mail, switch on lights, put out bins, water plants and deal with any callers or emergencies.

Sue, Owner & Founder
Sue founded Sue’s Pet Care Services in 2011, turning her lifelong love of animals into a trusted local business. A proud owner of seven cats and an active volunteer for Stray Cats Rescue, she’s dedicated to giving every pet the same care and attention she gives her own. With a background in business and years of hands-on experience, Sue leads a team who share her passion for providing safe, reliable, and loving pet care.

Claire, Pet Sitter
Claire has been part of Sue’s team for over five years and brings a calm, confident approach to every dog she walks. A lifelong animal lover, she has experience with a wide range of pets – from chickens to rescue dogs like her own, Ruby. Claire treats every walk as a chance to give dogs exercise, enrichment, and care they can count on.

Julia, Dog Walker

Erica, Dog Walker
Erica combines years of hands-on experience with professional training as a Qualified Dog Trainer with the Dog Training College. Her background helps her understand each dog’s behaviour and needs, ensuring every walk is positive and rewarding. She’s passionate about giving dogs the best care and attention every time she’s out with them.

Tracey, Dog Walker
Tracey has a natural way with animals and loves getting to know each dog’s unique personality. With a lifetime of caring for pets—from dogs and cats to rabbits and fish – she brings warmth, reliability, and genuine affection to her work. Tracey’s spaniel, Bibi, keeps her on her toes and reminds her daily why she loves what she does.

Heather, Dog Walker
After a long career in nursing, Heather followed her lifelong love of animals into professional pet care. She brings the same compassion and attention to detail to every pet she looks after. With three dogs and two cats of her own, Heather understands how much pets mean to their families and always cares for them as if they were her own.

Megan, Equine Care & Dog Walker
A qualified veterinary nurse, Megan offers expert, compassionate care for animals of all shapes and sizes. From dog walking to equine care, she brings professionalism and enthusiasm to everything she does. With her own dogs and horse at home, Megan knows exactly what pets need to feel happy, safe, and loved.
Matt
Matt combines years of animal experience with a thoughtful, caring approach to pet care. Having grown up surrounded by animals – and now a devoted dog dad to Blue, his Shih Tzu – he understands how to keep pets active, happy, and secure. His calm nature and attention to each pet’s personality make him a trusted member of the team.
Lindsay
After a 32-year career with Leicester Police, Lindsay now enjoys spending her days outdoors walking dogs. Reliable, patient, and full of warmth, she treats every dog as if they were her own. With two cockapoos, Orla and Lottie, she knows the joy pets bring and takes pride in giving them safe, happy, and enriching walks.
